Since launching her business from her spare bedroom, Lorraine has gone on to build a team, beat revenue targets and win numerous industry awards; generating over $1 million in revenue for her first year of business. The Remarkables Group was recently listed on BRW’s Fast Starter List for 2015. Personally, Lorraine has also been listed on B&T Magazine’s 30 Under 30 Women in Media, named one of BRW’s Five Young Entrepreneurs to Watch and also as one of Dynamic Business’s Young Guns of 2012.
“I had a goal of $1 million in revenue and no plan for getting there. I knew if I did what I had always done, nothing was going to change. In the first three years, Julie grew the online activewear retail store Stylerunner by 1736%, amassing a loyal following of over 500,000 on social media, turning Stylerunner into a global brand, now shipping to over 100 countries. This growth hasn’t gone unnoticed, in 2015 Stylerunner was listed on the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 ‘Rising Star’ List as well as the BRW Fast Starter List.

When he started at The Entourage, Shane initially planned to develop a fitness app. However through his time in the program he was inspired to do something that resonated more deeply with his passion and personal values – from this Afternoons with Albert was born. Aiming to achieve a $6,000 crowdfunding target to get his first product, the Cord Roll, off the ground, he went on to raise $15,000 in the first five days of launching, and $31,893 (530% target) by the end of his campaign from 444 backers.

Amanda’s impressive PR agency, Prize Pig, has generated over $5 million in media value for its clients since launching in March 2015, Amanda was the winner of Flying Solo’s Innovator of the year (2015). With her sights set on big plans over the next 12 months for the company, Amanda is looking to double everything except her working hours which she is looking to cut in half.

Vinson raised over $238,000 in his recent crowdfunding campaign by obsessing over his customer avatar, nailing the product-to-market fit and generating lots of PR for the launch of his rapid phone charger, the ASAP Dash.
