The day we showed Zappos how we do culture

We recently took a trip to Las Vegas for a week with 40 of our Scalable & Saleable Members. Being anywhere in the world with 40 entrepreneurs who share common challenges, goals, dreams and aspirations is incredibly powerful, but this week was one of the most moving yet.

Poolside conversations that would stretch out all afternoon, incredible dinners as an intimate group, shopping, helicopter rides to the Grand Canyon and of course a day on the track with super cars, a project initiated and driven by the women in the group (us males were outnumbered).

Zappo’s who are a multi-billion dollar company and known worldwide for being the global leaders in culture, were kind enough to give us all a tour of their offices, headquartered in Vegas, and a real insight into how they set up their teams, their office and ultimately create the culture that they have.

At the end of the tour, we invited them into their own conference room, to give them an insight into how The Entourage does culture :-)
