#AskJackD 88: What’s your take on hustling?

After my interview with Gary Vaynerchuk I was inspired to talk about one of the biggest buzzwords associated with entrepreneurship at the moment: HUSTLING.

‘Hustle’ is getting thrown around a lot at the moment. People will tell you to ‘hustle harder’ if you want to be a successful entrepreneur. This isn’t always true.

It’s easy to get caught up in the day-to-day hustle; the ‘busyness’ of running a business, that you forget to think bigger picture. You forget the vision behind the hustle.

If you want to separate yourself, what you need to do is hustle smarter. Let vision guide your decisions. Have absolute clarity about where you want to be in 1 year from now, 3 years from now, and execute your ‘hustle’ accordingly.
