#AskJackD 161: Should I get a uni degree to get a job?

Only 42% of employers think that graduates are adequately prepared to move into the work force.

Essentially what this says is that despite the time and funds students are investing into their education, the skills they are learning do not correlate to what the world needs in 2015 and beyond. Despite this, many white-collar organisations still require their applicants to have a degree.

Today I talk about how this is changing and I want to get your opinion. Do you have a uni degree? Do you think it gave you the practical skills needed for your career? #AskJackD
