Dealing with employees who are underperforming is something that every business owner will deal with at some point in their journey. You can’t run a business off love, trust and pixie dust. While an employee may seem to fit in culturally with your business, if they’re not achieving their KPIs then you need to have a strategy in place to manage this. Culture and performance are not separate entities. Culture is underpinned by performance. I’m interested know your thoughts on this. How do you deal with underperforming employees?
