Negative feedback from customers isn’t easy to hear, especially in the early days. But as entrepreneurs we need to stop shying away from customer feedback. Instead we need to see it as constructive, as an opportunity for growth. A business’s ability to adapt to and understand the needs of our customers is ultimately what leads to success.
